Morph (also referred to as MorphTrack, “the app”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Raisat Ramazanova, an individual developer based in Serbia. Contact: morphtrack.app@gmail.com.
By creating an account or using Morph, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Morph. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may suspend or delete accounts that do not.
Morph allows users to upload, store, and compare photos over time for personal tracking purposes; to organize them into trackers with goals and routine factors; and to request AI-generated observations about visible changes between photos.
Some features may require a paid subscription. The application may evolve, change, or discontinue features; for material reductions of paid features we will give reasonable advance notice (see sections 8 and 12).
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload.
By uploading content, you grant us permission to store and process it for the purpose of operating the application — including generating the AI analyses that you explicitly request.

We may remove content that violates these Terms.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. We and our licensors retain all rights in the app, its software, design, and branding. AI analysis results are generated for your personal use as part of the service.
AI-generated analyses are produced automatically from the photos and data you select. They are informational observations, not facts: they may be incomplete, inaccurate, or wrong. AI analyses run only when you request them and are not used to make any automated decision about you with legal or similarly significant effects.
Morph is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Morph does not detect, diagnose, screen for, or monitor any disease or medical condition — including skin cancer or other skin diseases — and is not a substitute for examination by a dermatologist or other qualified professional. If you notice a new, changing, or otherwise concerning skin change, see a doctor regardless of anything shown in the app.
Do not rely on AI observations for medical, health, or treatment decisions.
Where offered, Morph Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Purchases and app distribution are provided by Apple or Google. These Terms are an agreement between you and us only — Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to it, have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app, and are not responsible for any product, warranty, or intellectual-property claims relating to the app. Where you download the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section with the right to enforce it.
Your data is stored and processed on servers located in Germany (Frankfurt region). AI analyses that you request are processed by our AI provider in the United States. See the Privacy Policy for details.
We may suspend or terminate access to the application if these Terms are violated; in that case no refund is due except where required by law.
If we discontinue the service or materially reduce paid features, we will give reasonable advance notice in the app or by email so you can cancel your subscription and export or download your content; where required by law, you may be entitled to a pro-rated refund from the store.
You may stop using the application at any time and may delete your account in the app (see the account deletion page). Account deletion permanently removes your content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect, stating the effective date; if you do not agree, stop using the app and cancel any subscription before that date. Non-material changes take effect when published on this page.
The application is provided “as is”, and to the extent permitted by applicable law we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for damages or losses arising from use of the application, including decisions made based on AI observations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer, you retain all statutory rights (including legal guarantees for digital content) granted by the mandatory law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms deprives you of them.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer, you additionally benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the country where you reside, and disputes may be brought before the courts of that country where the law so provides.
