You can delete your Morph account and all associated data directly in the app: open More → Profile, scroll to the Danger zone, tap Delete account and confirm.
When you delete your account, we delete:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You do not need to email us — the in‑app action triggers full deletion on our servers.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active store subscription. Cancel it in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings — otherwise the store will keep charging you.
Some data may be retained for a limited period if required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or operational reasons. Deleted data may also remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being permanently removed.
You can also request deletion of your account and all associated data without installing or opening the app: send an email to morphtrack.app@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Morph account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify that the request comes from the account’s email address and complete the deletion, normally within 30 days, and confirm by reply.
The same applies if you can no longer sign in: contact us at morphtrack.app@gmail.com and include the email address linked to your Morph account.
You can delete an individual photo at any time from inside the app.
When you delete a photo, we delete:
Photo deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Other photos in your account are not affected.
